Prices displayed are indicative per-night rates. Final pricing is confirmed at enquiry.Rates are subject to seasons.
3. Availability
All properties are subject to availability at time of enquiry. Confirmed bookings are binding once payment is received.

Cancellation Policy
1 month before arrival: 20% deducted
3 weeks before: 30% deducted
2 weeks before: 40% deducted
1 week before: 50% deducted
2-6 days before: 70% deducted
1 day before: 100% non-refundable
Force majeure / lockdown: 50% deducted
Festive season (Easter & Christmas): Non-refundable
Balance to be cleared on check-in day. Reducing the number of nights booked forfeits the equivalent nights paid for. Late check-out incurs extra charges.
